About Me
Here are ten things about me:
- I have always been called Kelly, and it is a nickname that suits me far better than my “real” name.
- As a young child, I learned to say the alphabet backward to impress my grandmother.
- I moved from my childhood home in Acton, Massachusetts to Whittier, California when I went to college. I thawed-out. Eventually, I continued west, and after I reached Santa Monica, I headed north to San Francisco.
- Moving to San Francisco may rank among the top three best decisions I have ever made.
- I will always love Southern California, and I will always cheer for the Red Sox.
- I love to swim, bike, and run. Sometimes I like to do them together, like in a triathlon. But this list is also in order of my preference. For example, I spent a week swimming from place to place in the Sea of Cortez, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have considered a cycling vacation. I am not interested in a running vacation.
- Traveling in Spain inspired me to get my motorcycle license.
- My favorite mode of transportation around-town is my scooter.
- I met my boyfriend pre-husband husband, Marc, at the Sundance Film Festival. And yes, it’s as good a story (or better) than you’re thinking it must be.
- I am an artist and an attorney. Deal with it.
